This in-person workshop explores the internal voice that shapes confidence, boundaries, relationships, and decision-making. Participants examine how self-talk forms, why it becomes persistent, and how it can be reshaped with greater compassion and awareness.
The workshop includes guided teaching, reflection, practical tools, and group discussion in a supportive environment.
