Individual and Group Coaching

Life coaching offers a space to pause, sort things through, and find clarity for what comes next.

I’m Heather O’Reilly of Heather Lynne Coaching, a certified life coach offering one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and supportive women’s groups for those seeking grounded guidance and practical tools for everyday life. My approach to life coaching is thoughtful and straightforward, designed to support reflection while keeping things realistic and sustainable.

Life often feels full of decisions, responsibilities, emotions, and expectations.

When everything feels important at once, it can be hard to know where to begin.

This service is well suited to those who are ready for meaningful change, open to new perspectives, and willing to reflect and practise between sessions. It may not be the right fit for someone looking for an easy or quick fix, or for an aggressive or confrontational experience.

The overall experience is supportive, practical, and collaborative. It is structured but flexible, focused yet calm, and guided by the client’s needs. Access is available by referral or through a free 30-minute discovery session. Sessions may be booked individually or as part of a package.

I created this offering because coaching complements counselling and psychiatry by focusing on practical skills for everyday life. Some people thrive in group settings, while others benefit from more personal support. Having a personal coach provides a fresh perspective, practical guidance, and ongoing encouragement for change and growth.

Personal Support Through One-on-One Coaching

Individual sessions support women 45+ who are navigating changes they want to make in their lives. This often includes challenges related to communication and relationships, boundaries and habits, direction and decision-making, and building confidence, resilience, and self-trust.

Through this work, women typically experience clearer communication, stronger relationships, greater confidence, and increased clarity around what matters most to them. Sessions also support deeper self-understanding, helping uncover patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be influencing daily life.

Sessions are offered one-on-one, either virtually or in person, and last 45 minutes to one hour. The frequency is guided by the client’s needs. Each session usually includes reviewing what has shifted or progressed, identifying current priorities, and deciding on practical next steps. The work balances reflection with skill-building and is shaped by what is most relevant for the client at the time.

My role is to coach, guide conversation, and encourage the development of new skills and perspectives. Client involvement includes honesty, reflection, and a willingness to practise new approaches between sessions. Homework or reflection exercises are often part of the process.

"I like Velocity Coaching because it is easy to get the support when needed. The calendar provides clear boundaries re availability and Heather is always available within a couple of days.
Heather is knowledgeable about many things, compassionate, and provides clarity and resources as needed. She is not afraid to ask the hard questions.

Having someone available when needed is invaluable."

- M.D., Velocity 30 Client

Velocity 30 is well suited to people with long-term goals or many smaller goals who want quick access to clarity and guidance. It fits those who are busy but deeply committed to their own development and who prefer to get to the point rather than spend time on small talk.

Through regular, shorter conversations, participants build clarity more quickly, practise skills until they become second nature, and deepen their understanding of their own patterns of thinking and behaviour. Over time, this work supports stronger commitment to self-care, healthier relationships, and a clearer sense of direction and priority.

Sessions are brief, focused, and practical. Each meeting centres on current challenges, areas of uncertainty, and the next clear steps forward. The work is collaborative, combining reflection with action. Participants are expected to engage honestly, practise new approaches between sessions, and complete agreed-upon reflections or homework. The tone of the experience is supportive, structured, and highly focused, with an emphasis on clarity, responsibility, and forward movement.

Supporting Teams With Group Coaching

Group coaching can help create supportive strategies, networks, and set the standard for inclusive and meaningful growth for teams, families, and friend groups.

Developing a culture of growth is hard, and it starts with meaningful understanding and empathy. We can set the path to build an inclusive, positive work or home environment, and foster a team culture of acceptance and belonging, leading us to better and more positive relationships, goals, and plans.

Heather works with groups small and large to find an create the best path.

Beyond Limits: Grow, Connect, Explore

Beyond Limits: Grow, Connect, Explore

This group is a small, steady community for women 45+ who want a safe and supportive place to think out loud about life as it is now and where it may be heading. It is designed for women who are navigating life and want space to reflect, connect, and grow alongside others who understand the season they are in.

Conversations often include health and ageing, shifting roles, work and retirement, caring for others, relationships, and major life transitions. More than anything, this group offers a place to speak honestly, listen deeply, and realise you are not alone in what you are carrying. The focus is not on fixing or reinventing yourself, but on steady growth, shared understanding, and learning how to navigate change with greater clarity and confidence.

Beyond Limits is built on respect, confidentiality, and presence. It is a peer-centred space where women support one another through real-life conversation at a human pace. This is not an intense or rushed experience. It is a place to belong, to be heard, and to explore what life beyond 45 can look like with steadiness and purpose.

Client Testimonials

AMAZING and LIFE ALTERING… Heather Lynne Coaching literally saved my Marriage.

As intimate as marriage issues can be, my chats with Heather were like talking with an old friend.  Immediately putting me at ease, I felt comfortable, and she really got me – like we had known each other for years. Heather's Wealth of Wisdom and Tickle Trunk of Actionable Tools allowed me to move forward in a situation that I had felt stuck in for a very long time.

Thank you, Heather, I so appreciate our time together.

Heather helped save my life from derailing.

I've been seeing Heather now for approximately 4 years now. She has been able to help me find myself again and truly live a happy life away from all the toxicity around me.

Hats off to her for her life experiences, realism and education has put me back on track to enjoy the rest of my life! I still have work to do, but she is by my side all the way! I'm 60 and in my late 20's, I tried counseling through Dr's for yrs. They don't seem to have life experiences or knowledge of our mental health issues in life no for many, so I was never successful. It may cost me to save me and my life with Heather. Getter done! I'm worth it. She is my 2nd corner stone to a good life.

Thank you so much Heather. 😊

Heather helped me at a time when my family was being pulled apart.

Through direct questions, recommended readings, and personalized mental exercises, she guided me towards clarity and started my healing. Although family conflict has not been resolved, her coaching has renewed my hope but given me the assurance that I will be okay regardless of the outcome.

I will continue to touch base whenever new life experiences begin to feel overwhelming. I am thankful for this service.

My time with Heather has been immeasurable.

A long-time friend of mine referred me to Heather, a life coach. Heather has encouraged me in moving forward to seeing recent relationship issues from a perspective of self-respect.

Heather has coached me to focus forward instead of backward, set some goals, and investigate future prospects to expand my artistic endeavours. This has culminated in me leading my first successful Creative Painting Workshop! I'm not stopping there though, and am already planning my next workshop.

I cannot stress enough how having Heather as a life-coach is a game-changer for me.
