Retreats and Workshops
Life moves quickly.
Responsibilities pile up; expectations grow, and before long many people realize they’ve been pouring into everything around them while quietly becoming disconnected from themselves.
I’m Heather O’Reilly, Life Management Coach and founder of Heather Lynne Coaching, and sometimes what we need isn’t a major life change, but a moment to step back, breathe, and remember who we are beneath the pace of everyday life.
These retreats and workshops are designed to create that pause. These gatherings provide intentional space for reflection, rest, and reconnection, allowing clarity to surface in ways that feel natural and grounding rather than forced.
Reflect, reconnect, and find clarity.
Most retreats and workshops take place throughout the Kingston, Gananoque, and 1000 Islands region, with virtual workshops available for those who prefer to join from home.
Together, these retreats and workshops offer a thoughtful balance of structure and spaciousness, creating time to reflect, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity.
Throughout my work I’ve seen how powerful it is when people gather with intention. Whether through personal growth retreats or focused workshops, stepping out of routine and into a supportive environment often allows insight and self-trust to return.
These retreats and workshops are created with that purpose in mind. There is an intention to offer meaningful, supportive environments where individuals can rediscover their own voice, strength, and direction.
What You Can Expect From Retreats & Workshops
Meaningful Time for Reflection and Growth
Life rarely creates quiet space on its own. These retreats and workshops offer intentional opportunities to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
Practical Tools for Everyday Life
Each experience focuses on real-world application, offering supportive practices that can be integrated into daily routines.
Supportive, Down-to-Earth Environment
Participants often describe these gatherings as calming, grounding, and encouraging. Sharing is always optional, and individuals are invited to participate in ways that feel right for them.
A Place to Be Yourself, Fully and Honestly
Growth doesn’t come from becoming someone new. Growth comes from returning to who you truly are. These retreats and workshops honour that process.
In-Person Retreats
Retreats are not escapes; they are homecomings. You will have the opportunity to return to yourself, your voice, and your inner clarity.
These in-person retreats offer time away from everyday demands and create space for offering a thoughtful blend of structure and spaciousness, deeper reflection, meaningful conversation, and rest.
Both retreats are hosted within the Kingston, Gananoque, and 1000 Islands region and are designed as personal growth retreats that balance guided sessions with spacious, unstructured time.

Everyone leaves behind a story. Our stories are built from everyday choices, relationships, courage, resilience, and the small moments that end up shaping a life.
This retreat invites you to slow down long enough to reflect on the story you’re living today, and the one you want to shape moving forward. Through quiet reflection, guided journaling, thoughtful conversations, and protected time for rest, participants explore identity, values, meaning, and purpose. Many arrive unsure of what they’re hoping to find and leave with a renewed sense of clarity and direction.
Workshops
Workshops provide an opportunity to explore a specific area of growth or challenge in a focused, supportive setting.
We provide practical, accessible, sessions designed to help you bring meaningful insights back into everyday life. Workshops typically take place in the Kingston, Gananoque, and 1000 Islands region, unless otherwise noted.
